It was born from an ancient recipe by herbalist Carlo Gamondi, who wanted to combine the freshness of the flavourings with the quality of his preparation.
/ Harvesting the products needed to flavor his vermouth in the best season, he created the infusions using fresh bitter orange peels and mugwort flowers, which he then expertly mixed with other herbs and spices, including saffron, which in addition to providing important olfactory notes, gives natural color.
/ It is the traditional aperitif of Piedmont and its composition demonstrates it: a blend of 100% Piedmontese wines, with the 51% of Moscato d'Asti DOCG.
